Play Tour Experience
Why us
Personally organised by cricket people, protected by a licensed tour operator, and built to make your tour better value, more memorable and easier to run.
Why us
Every tour is personal, protected and built around your players. Here's what that means in practice.
Your tour is planned by people who have played and coached the game at a high level, and you deal with the same small team from your first call to the flight home.
We guarantee the best price we can achieve for the tour you want, and every quote shows exactly what's included, so there are no surprises later.
We give you a fundraising pack and practical help to raise money for the tour, so more of your players can afford to travel.
Years in the game mean we can open doors to the best grounds and find opposition that's well matched to your squad, so every match is worth playing.
Every excursion is fully researched by our team, and our community projects are chosen to make a real difference to the people who host you.
Our tour app holds everything in one place: the full itinerary, safeguarding documents, fixtures, dietary information, contact numbers and more, for staff, players and parents.
Your tour has its own secure online portal. Every document is in one place for you to access, and we send and record updates and information for parents and collect the paperwork, so the jobs you'd otherwise have to manage are done for you.
This is not just a cricket event. It's about people, connections and building memories as a team. The growth in the unit I saw from start to finish was amazing.

Financial peace of mind
Your money is protected from the moment you book.
TCA Sports Tours holds its own ATOL licence, number 11567, so the flight-inclusive tours we sell are protected under the UK's ATOL scheme.
We are also registered with Protected Trust Services. Client money is held in a trust account, separate from our own, until your tour has taken place.
For a school or club collecting money from families, that's one less thing to worry about.

Cricket specialists
TCA Sports Tours is run by people who have spent their lives in the game, and every itinerary is shaped by that experience.
Our Managing Director, Chris Berry, founded Stick Cricket, the online cricket game that had its biggest ever day the day after the 2005 Ashes. He also founded The Cricket Asylum, a respected indoor cricket facility and academy in West Yorkshire.
Our Director of Cricket, Matt Dawson, is a Level 3 qualified coach with more than 20 years' experience, who has played and coached around the world.

Operations and bookings
Liz looks after all things admin. From flights to bookings, she keeps every tour running smoothly behind the scenes, and she's always on hand to help with any administrative question, however small.

Live streaming and tech
Sam grew up being coached by Matt and now fits TCA around his university studies. He looks after live streaming, scoring and all the behind-the-scenes tech, so families back home can follow the cricket as it happens.

Education and tour support
A retired teacher, Tony has joined the team to grow our educational tours through TCA Tours. He also travels with groups as on-tour liaison and support, bringing a teacher's eye to looking after young people away from home.
TCA stand out for their meticulous planning, professionalism, and genuine understanding of what makes a cricket tour successful.
Chris founds The Cricket Asylum, an indoor cricket facility and academy in West Yorkshire, and Matt joins him to develop the coaching side of the company.
The TCA Foundation is founded as a registered charity, supporting grassroots cricket and aspiring players with funding and scholarships. Today it also supports individuals to tour, making tours more accessible.
TCA Sports Tours is founded, with its first tours to India.
Tours to Barbados follow, including matches at Kensington Oval.
A team of five, working from The Cricket Asylum, looks after every group personally, with the cricket and the wider experience at the heart of every tour.
Get in touch with the kind of tour you're after, your budget and when you'd like to travel, and we'll come back with options built around your team.
