Every tour has its own secure online portal, just for your group. Risk assessments, safeguarding information, medical and dietary details, consent forms, passport details, the itinerary, fixtures and emergency contacts are all held in one place, so you and your staff can see everything you need, whenever you need it.

Risk assessments
We carry out and share a full risk assessment for your tour, covering travel, accommodation, venues and every excursion.
Staffing and supervision
We agree supervision ratios with you and plan them into every day, alongside your own school or club staff.
Medical and dietary needs
Medical and dietary information is collected in your secure tour portal and shared with the hotels, venues and our staff who need it.
24-hour support
Our staff are with you on tour, and our team is on call 24 hours a day from departure until you're home.
Your money is protected
We hold our own ATOL licence and client money is held in trust with Protected Trust Services.
