TCA Sports Tours designs and delivers cricket tours for schools, clubs and academies. Every tour is planned by cricket people: our team runs its own indoor cricket centre and academy, so we know what young players need from a tour, on the pitch and off it.

Every document is in one place for you to access, and we send and record updates and information for parents and collect the paperwork, so the jobs you'd otherwise have to manage are done for you.
Safety and safeguarding
- Vetted staff. Everyone from our team who works with your players holds an enhanced DBS check and is briefed on safeguarding before the tour.
- Risk assessments. We carry out and share a full risk assessment for your tour, covering travel, accommodation, venues and every excursion.
- Staffing and supervision. We agree supervision ratios with you and plan them into every day, alongside your own school or club staff.
- Medical and dietary needs. Medical and dietary information is collected in your secure tour portal and shared with the hotels, venues and our staff who need it.
- 24-hour support. Our staff are with you on tour, and our team is on call 24 hours a day from departure until you're home.
- Your money is protected. We hold our own ATOL licence and client money is held in trust with Protected Trust Services.

Every tour has its own secure online portal, just for your group. Risk assessments, safeguarding information, medical and dietary details, consent forms, passport details, the itinerary, fixtures and emergency contacts are all held in one place, so you and your staff can see everything you need, whenever you need it.

These are genuine starting prices for these tours. The final price for each depends on your exact requirements, the number of travellers, the time of year and flight prices when you book, but a tour at these prices is achievable. Staff places are free, and their cost is included in the player price. Half board includes breakfast, match-day and excursion lunches, and an evening meal.
